Vertex Form

The vertex form of a quadratic function is f(x)=a(xh)2+kf(x)=a(x-h)^{2}+k, where (h,k)(h,k) is the vertex, the turning point of the parabola. The value of aa controls the width and direction, while hh and kk shift the graph horizontally and vertically.
