SPM Add Math Glossary
Every key term in SPM Additional Mathematics, organised by chapter and defined simply, with the Malay and Chinese term shown, because the SPM paper is bilingual.
Additional Mathematics has a precise vocabulary, and in a bilingual exam that vocabulary matters more than students often expect. A question can turn entirely on one keyword,"gradient", "domain", "coefficient", "turning point", and reading it correctly is the difference between the right method and a wasted attempt.
This glossary gathers the key terms of the whole KSSM syllabus, organised chapter by chapter, and defines each one simply in English, with the Malay and Chinese wording alongside. It is built for the way the SPM paper actually works: because every question appears in both Bahasa Melayu and English, a student who knows a term in only one language is at a quiet disadvantage, and one who knows it in both can cross-check the wording under pressure.
Browse by chapter below, or follow a term through to its own page for a fuller explanation of where it appears and how it is used in a solution.

How to get the most from this glossary
Use the glossary alongside your revision rather than as a list to memorise on its own. When a chapter's notes or a practice question uses a term you are unsure of, look it up here, then go straight back to the question and use the word in your working, that is what fixes it in memory.
Terms sit within chapters for a reason: understanding "amplitude" or "discriminant" fully means understanding the topic it belongs to, so a term you cannot quite pin down is often pointing at an idea worth revisiting. Each term also has its own page, with a fuller explanation of where it appears in the exam and how it is used in a solution.
If you are studying for a specific chapter, start from that chapter's glossary and its revision notes together.
